Our check in time is 4pm on day of arrivel & check out time is 10am on day of depature. No late checkouts as a lot of work goes into ensuing our wood fired hot tubs are ready for the next reservation!

Pet friendly?

We are! However, please remember that not everyone is a dog person so we ask that there are no unsupervised pets roaming to other cottages (aka they have to be on a leash). We have a pet fee of $20 per night - 2 dog limit per cottage.

How do we use the wood fired hot tub?

Pairs best with coffee or wine!

1. the tote beside your wood fired hot tub is filled with wood, kindling & paper - open it up!

2. crumple up ~5 pieces of paper & lay on the bottom of the stove.

3. now, take out 6-8 pieces of kindling and layer them on the crumpled up paper - light the paper with your lighter!

4. look on your stove pipe and you’ll see a draft (hook looking thing!) with 5 holes - make sure your draft is on the top hole.

5. leave door of the stove open until the kindling catches & gets going! once it’s going, start adding smaller logs in top of the kindling!

6. now move your draft to the second hole!

7. once you have a nice, big & hot fire going in your stove, move draft to 3rd hole (this is where you’ll want to leave it!)

8. add logs as necessary to reach your desired temperature! these wood fired hot tubs heat ~10° an hour. (please be careful to not heat the water above 102 degrees - each hot tub has a thermometer submerged within the water for reference!) *heating water above 110 degrees will damage our fired fired hot tubs*

What is the refund policy?

All reservations can be cancelled with a full refund (minus the processing/booking fee) up to 14 days before arrival. After this time, no refund will be available for cancellations as it doesn’t give us enough time to resell your date!
